One Hand

• Ash – one hand and foot, stand up method (amputee, paralysis, broken hand/wrist)
• Holly – one hand and residual limb (below elbow amputee)
• Holly – one hand and foot, stand up method (amputee, paralysis, broken hand/wrist)

Two Hands

• Alison – Two hands and wall assist (Holt Oram Syndrome, paralysis or hemiparesis)
• Holly – two hands (paralysis or hemiparesis)
• Shawnie – Wheelchair method (paralysis)

No Hands

• Mandy – no hands, residual limbs method (quad amputee – bilateral below elbow)
• Mandy – with prosthesis method (quad amputee – bilateral below elbow)

Ponytail Styles

• Top of the head (high)
• Side of the head
• Back of the neck (low)

Double Loop 1-UP

• Using the Double Loop 1-UP
